| MVV Energie owns 100 percent of MVV Energie CZ a.s., a company involved in energy contracting and district heating. MVV Energie CZ a.s.. is a dynamically-developing heat and power company operating primarily in Moravia and Northern Bohemia regions of Czech Republic. In 2007 the MVV Energie CZ group was expanded and is now comprised of eleven subsidiary companies operating in twelve cities of the Czech Republic. The group has a total of about 600 employees. The company focuses primarily on the generation and distribution of heat, while secondary products include the production of electricity, the supply of drinking water, the discharge of waste and rain water, and the provision of telecommunications services. MVV Energie s.r.o. has a long-standing tradition of providing energy services and energy audits through its Energy Performance Contracting division. MVV Energie CZ a.s.. customers include not only the residential and tertiary spheres, but also industrial firms. Ecological stewardship, environmental sustainability and the reduction of waste using the most modern technologies are hallmarks of the firm motto of MVV Energie CZ a.s..
