MVV Energiedienstleistungen GmbH is a subsidiary of MVV Energie AG and one of Germany's leading providers of energy-related services. In order to do justice to market expectations and requirements, the company has subdivided its portfolio into five divisions:
Industrial Solutions develops outsourcing concepts for the supply of energy and other utilities to large and medium-sized companies with energy-intensive production activities. MVV Energiedienstleistungen is able to cater for all tasks involved in the supply of industrial energy and utilities.
Services for towns, municipalities and public-sector institutions are pooled at Municipal Solutions. The portfolio of services includes infrastructural services, such as the ecological supply of local heating, land improvement and development, as well as urban renewal, energy contracting, facility management, water supply and wastewater disposal.
The Real Estate Utilities division of MVV Energiedienstleistungen GmbH provides services ranging from energy contracting through to invoicing end consumers.
The clients served by the Consulting division include multilateral development and donor organisations, such as the World Bank and the European Commission, as well as private companies, utility companies and welfare organisations.
MVV Energiedienstleistungen works on a decentralised, individual and comprehensive basis across the whole of Germany. The company's nationwide network enables it to offer its clients a comprehensive service on location, from the initiation of project development up to the completion of the contractual term. Customers also stand to benefit in this respect from synergies resulting from the company's cooperation with its parent group.
